Concept

• An annual cohort of c.10 female VCs
  • Criteria:
    • min. 5 years in the start-up & venture industry (~ senior associate level & above)
    • Ambition to stay in venture and make partner
• 5 Meet-ups in a year (~ bi-monthly)
  • Free, but cohort-members would have to contribute to the food/drinks cost on the day.
  • These can be breakfasts/lunch/dinners/post-work/afternoon coffee sessions.
  • Approximately 2 hour sessions.
• We are in the process of putting an advisory board together of female senior partners. Our ask to them is to join 1 session and share their experiences on their journey to becoming partner.

1. Kick-off session with Cohort 1
2. Cohort 1 x Senior Advisory board session (Path 2 Partner - sharing journey and experiences)
3. Executive coaching session with Cayetana Hurtado-Malidin (Chief of Staff Balderton & executive coach)
4. Stepping into board director roles
5. Personal wealth: from angel investing (& EIS/SEIS) to EFTs - how to think about your own ‘portfolio’
